Erin Jackson

Erin Jackson is the founder of OnSite Property Solutions and has been recruiting for the property management industry since 2006. Her path into recruiting began in real estate, where she worked as an agent. After helping her high school best friend sell one home and buy another in 2006, she was encouraged to interview with the property management company her friend worked for, drawn by the promise of more stability while raising two small children.

That company, Onsite Solutions, is where Erin built her foundation in the industry. She started as an administrative assistant, advanced to recruiter, and ultimately became branch manager, gaining a full-cycle understanding of property management recruiting from the ground up. She remained with the company until it closed in 2010.

Rather than leave the industry she had come to know well, Erin stayed in property management recruiting and went on to found OnSite Property Solutions. In a fitting full-circle moment, the same best friend who first introduced her to the field joined the new company as Operations Manager.

Today, Erin draws on nearly two decades of specialized recruiting experience to help property management organizations find and place the right talent, backed by a career built entirely within the industry she serves.
