Job Title: Groundskeeper/porter on a client’s property
Job Summary: Maintaining the cleanliness and impeccable appearance of a property
Location: The candidate should reside in Atlanta near or on the property based on the arrangement
Duties: Maintaining the grounds, building exteriors, curbs, garbage areas, amenities, parking lots, and other areas on the property
Form of Employment: On a temporary, temp-to-hire, or permanent basis
Description
OnSite Property Solutions is looking for reliable team members to handle our client’s needs in all matters of groundskeeping.This entails the general maintenance of various properties, and the tasks vary based on each client and the size of the job. We will discuss the terms of employment with you, including the type of assignment and whether you will be required to live on or off the property. Based on the nature of the work, we are keen on finding candidates who are in great health and passionate about their jobs. You will have various responsibilities ranging from landscaping to handling minor repairs and maintaining the grounds.
Requirements
Education: A high school diploma/equivalent, completed an apprenticeship program, or graduated from trade school (preferred)
Physical: Given the nature of most tasks, the ability to lift 30–50 pounds
Experience: Should be familiar with general maintenance of properties
Skills: Should know how to maintain amenities and landscape and conduct minor repairs
Flexibility: Must be able to work when required, including weekends
