Description
We are looking for you—if you are experienced, skilled, and ready to work with an amazing team. We need motivated, driven, and self-starting individuals for assistant manager positions. You will work directly under the guidance of the property manager to coordinate various property operations, from maintenance, repairs, marketing, and showing units to supervising maintenance staff and performing other tasks as assigned. We also need people who are excellent at communication and problem-solving and have a solid work ethic. The goal is to work hand-in-hand with the property managers to ensure that everything runs as expected. If that sounds like you, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
Requirements
- GED certificate, high school diploma, or an equivalent
- Licensing and affiliation to real estate organizations (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience working as an assistant manager
- Excellent team leader, serious work ethic, and a self-starter
- Flexible schedule to be available when needed
