Description
We at OnSite Property Solutions seek a well-trained and experienced leasing agent to help our clients handle their properties. Your goal will be to find potential tenants and use your expertise to convert them into actual lessees, helping the owner achieve as many occupancy rates as possible. You will be working for complexes, apartments, and other properties to ensure that there are renters. You will meet with prospective clients, represent the owners, and showcase the property positively to encourage conversions. In addition, you will also conduct background checks and review financial details to confirm that every renter will be a perfect fit.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field
- Real estate leasing certification (advantage)
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of real estate laws and best practices for property leasing
- 1–3 years of experience working as a leasing agent
