Your role as a property manager will be to manage premises on behalf of our clients. You will not only be maintaining but also making sure that the property is compliant with all the rules and is profitable. You are the direct link between the owner and the tenants, making sure that daily operations run smoothly. Your role will involve screening tenants, managing the finances, ensuring maintenance, and making sure the building adheres to federal and local laws. Requirements
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, business administration, or a related field (advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience working as a property manager
- 3–5 years of experience working in sales, real estate, or a related field (bonus)
- Grasp of the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook)
