Duties: Conducting maintenance, repairs, and installation of machinery and electrical and plumbing systems
Employment Type: Hiring on a permanent, temporary, or temp-to-hire basis
Description
OnSite Property Solutions is searching for exceptionally talented individuals to assume the roles of maintenance supervisor and technician for various premises. The property should always be well maintained, and the facilities should be working efficiently. Apart from preventative maintenance, you will also be called upon when tenants or renters need emergency repairs. We need well-rounded and versatile professionals with knowledge of various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment necessary to smooth operations. You should be readily available when needed, especially for emergency cases. Lastly, our candidates should also be self-starters and excellent problem solvers to help maintain properties on behalf of our clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent
- Completed courses in technical skills like repair and maintenance
- 1–3 years of experience working as a maintenance technician
- 24-hour availability in case of emergencies or on-call rotations
- Fluency in written and verbal English and multiple languages is a bonus
