OnSite Property Solutions needs professionals like you to take up various tasks across Macon. We require expert property managers to handle the daily premises operations on behalf of our clients. Your duties will include advertising vacant units, interacting with potential and current tenants, determining rates, managing the financials, coordinating maintenance, and preparing performance reports. The goal will be to check that everything concerning the property is running smoothly and that all the laws are followed. You will be the liaison between the owners and the tenants, so your property management job in Macon is to ensure that the property’s value stays the same and that the tenants are satisfied.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or an equivalent)
- Degree in property management, real estate laws, business administration, or a related field
- A valid real estate broker/agent license
- Familiarity with management software and MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent skills in communication, customer service, marketing, and presentation
