Job Title: Assistant property manager with at least a year of experience
Job Summary: Performing daily tasks related to the running of the property

Duties: Reports to the property manager and supervises leasing consultants

Description
At OnSite Property Solutions, we are looking for skilled and experienced candidates with at least a year of experience for assistant manager positions. You will be responsible for streamlining daily operations under the directives of the property manager. The roles range from answering incoming calls and email inquiries to reviewing applications, resident services, customer service, and other roles related to management as guided by the property manager. You will be fundamental in helping our clients meet their goals and satisfy their customers. We are looking for a proactive and strong team leader and an individual with impressive skill sets to get the job done.
Requirements
Education: College degree (preferred), NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) (preferred), relevant training, and certification
Experience: At least one year of experience
Practical Experience: MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), data analysis, math
Vital Skills: Communication, interpersonal, leadership, work ethic, problem solving
Advantage/ bonus: MA or MSc in business administration or a relevant field, 3+ years of experience, association memberships
