Job Summary: Working with leasing agents and assistant managers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations of premises
Location: Should be ready to work in Atlanta
Duties: Overseeing, supervising, and running property operations on behalf of owners
Employment Type: Either permanent, temporary, or temp-to-hire
Description
Your role as a property manager is crucial when it comes to running buildings and other properties. We are looking for you if you believe that your skills and experience give you an edge over other candidates and that you need a prolific team to give you the push you need to land your next property manager job in Atlanta. You will be in charge of overseeing other staff members while streamlining the daily operations of the grounds. Your roles will vary based on the particular job, ranging from rent collection, handling property fees and taxes, marketing and meeting potential tenants, overseeing maintenance, supervising other staff, and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and great leadership qualities
- At least a high school diploma, a degree in business administration or accounting, and experience working in real estate (preferred)
- Licensing by BOMI and other associations (advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience working as a property manager
