Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and BHA software systems
- High school education and a BSc in property management as a bonus
- Knowledge of property management laws like Fair Housing, Building codes, and OSHA Standards
- Basic understanding of English for verbal and written communication and math for calculations
- Ability to keep proper records and prepare detailed and accurate reports
